Tactical Professional Shooters (TPS) Academy is a private owened shooting range located in TORBA (VA), Managia street, 10km far from NRDC-ITA HQ.
As not a public one, only Italian PDA owners can have access to practice live fire activities but, thanks to a special permission released by the Police Authority, every NRDC-ITA member. And their dependents, is allowed to have access pending the attendance to the mandatory habilitation course and host nation’s law restrictions.
International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) and International Practical Shooting Confederation qualified members must only attend the certification stage and not the whole mandatory training.
In this facility is not allowed the weapons renting and the ammunition purchasing (as per Italian Law).
Is it allowed to practice live fire activities and the facility is affiliated to the Federazione Italiana Action Shooting (FIAS) http://actionshooting.org/# and International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) http://www.ipsc.org/ that in Italy fells down the Federazione Italiana Tiro Dinamico Sportivo (FIDTS) http://www.fitds.it/fitds2/.
It is also possible to practice long range shooting on 200m shooting range up to .388LM carbines.
There is a wide range training opportunities for beginners like reloading courses, dynamic and long range shooting courses and lot of other opportunities.
